No Returns / No Full Refunds
TechToLabs kits are educational electronics products.
Complete kit returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
Component Replacement Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Damaged components received in the kit
- Missing components in the kit
- Manufacturing defects in individual components
Replacement applies to components only, not the complete kit.
Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Not Eligible for Replacement
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
- Damage due to incorrect wiring or misuse
- Software, coding, or configuration issues
- Items that have been used, altered, or soldered
- Change of mind after delivery
- Normal wear and tear
How to Request a Component Replacement
To raise a return request, email us at
support@techtolabs.com with:
- Order ID
- Component name
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- Short description of the problem
Our support team will review and respond within 24–48 business hours.
Replacements
- Replacements are offered only for verified damaged or missing components
- Subject to stock availability
- Replacement method (courier / inclusion in next order) will be decided by TechToLabs

Damage caused by incorrect connections or unsafe usage is not covered under returns.
